Due to continued growth, ADS Laser Cutting is seeking a highly motivated Marketing Executive to join the team.
Role Profile
The Marketing Executive will work closely with the Sales & Marketing Director to execute marketing strategies effectively and optimise existing processes in alignment with company objectives.
This position encompasses a broad range of responsibilities, including managing the CRM database to enhance marketing efficiency, developing engaging digital content, increasing brand visibility, conducting market research, and providing analytics to inform strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Play a leading role in executing the agreed marketing plan, ensuring all campaigns align with company objectives.
Assist in the retention and development of existing and new customers through planned account support, working closely with the Sales Team to support customer retention and lead generation.
Manage and optimise the HubSpot CRM, utilising segmentation and automation to maximise ROI.
Manage the B2B event strategy and oversee the creation and facilitation of ADS events.
Create content and promotional materials (including photo, video, and literature), such as email campaigns, advertising, PR, and design projects.
Promote the company’s brand across online and offline channels.
Develop and expand the company’s social media presence across multiple platforms.
Maintain and optimise the company website, ensuring strong SEO performance and analytics tracking.
Analyse marketing performance using Google Analytics, HubSpot, and reporting dashboards to deliver actionable insights.
Prepare regular reports and presentations for the leadership team to monitor campaign success and identify opportunities for improvement.

Job requirements
Skills, Experience & Personal Attributes
Industry-recognised qualification in marketing.
Proven experience in marketing, ideally within a B2B environment.
Strong understanding of CRM systems (preferably HubSpot) and marketing automation tools.
Hands-on experience in digital marketing, including SEO, email marketing, and social media management.
Creative with strong writing skills.
Effective influencing and motivational abilities.
Self-motivated and focused, with a flexible and adaptable attitude.
Excellent attention to detail, high accuracy, and a strong commitment to quality.
Ability to work independently, use initiative, and solve problems effectively.
Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
