The ideal candidate will have several years of hands-on experience in powder coating, including working with a wide variety of parts and finishes. A strong understanding of hanging and jigging techniques is essential. The successful applicant will be reliable, enthusiastic, and committed to maintaining high-quality standards.

Full training will be provided on-site, covering all aspects of the role and the company's daily operations, making this an excellent opportunity to grow within a supportive and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Apply powder coatings to a variety of metal parts and components.

• Operate and maintain powder coating equipment.

• Perform hanging and jigging of parts for optimal coating results.

• Ensure finishes meet company quality standards.

• Adhere to health and safety procedures at all times.

• Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a powder coater in a manufacturing or fabrication environment.

• Knowledge of various finishes and coating techniques.

• Experience with hanging and jigging parts.

• Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
